Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry of non-renewal insurance notifications.
  • Complete policy screening process by verifying policy information for accuracy and policy status in policy administration system.
  • Maintain productivity data to track work handled and to record production.
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones' time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, and/or data entry software.
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years customer service related experience required.
