Role Summary - Please note this a 4PM to 12:30AM shift. This individual is responsible for providing front line support for networked end users. This individual will manage issues, and proactively manage desktop and laptop configurations to ensure maximum uptime. He/She will need to handle a wide range of issues included basic Windows support, networking troubleshooting, PC/laptop configurations and rebuilds, printer support and troubleshooting, installation of basic PC components and implementation of software upgrades. In addition, the position will provide first line application support for the MSOffice suite of products, the Adobe Creative Suite, connectivity, and for the company ERP system.Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities Manage user issues on a daily basis. Proactively maintain user desktops and laptops. Administrate corporate e-mail system, including user configuration, normal maintenance and upgrades. Provide first line support to user connectivity issues Provide first line application support for MSOffice products and ERP application. Establish and maintain a consistent level of service to the user community. Install software upgrades as directed by management. Within reason, provide emergency 24/7 end user support when required. Provide onsite assistance to corporate IT organization when required. Audit hardware and software. Provide other customer/IT support as required by management. Other duties as required by management. Experience with MS Outlook/Exchange preferred but not required. Experience with or knowledge of Citrix preferred but not required. Associates degree or comparable experience preferred but not required. Skills and Competencies Working knowledge/experience with Windows and MAC OS. Working knowledge/experience with MSOffice applications. Working knowledge/experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications. Highly organized self-starter with excellent communications skills.
